This class will help you elevate your leadership skills and teach you how to gain alignment quicker and more efficiently in workshop settings.

(The Human Centered Design class would be helpful to take as a prerequisite if you do not have a lot of experience using HCD methods.)

Join online group sessions with Coach Carmelina in a small class setting, where you will learn tips and tricks for how to facilitate, including examples of best practices.
